Chúng tôi những Người Phụ Nữ Việt Nam Tỵ Nạn Cộng Sản khắp nơi trên thế giới xin đệ trình đến Cơ Quan Quốc Tế Nhân Quyền về tình trạng áp bức của Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam đối với tiếng nói Tự Do, Dân Chủ, Nhân Quyền và khát vọng Tự Do Tôn Giáo của Người Dân Việt Nam trong nước.

Nhà cầm quyền Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam hiện đang gia tăng đàn áp khốc liệt những Nhà Dân Chủ, Dân Oan, và xúc phạm nặng nề đến Niềm Tin Tôn Giáo.

Vừa qua Giáo Phận Đồng Chiêm đã bị Cộng Sản Việt Nam quấy nhiễu, đập phá Thánh Giá là Biểu Tượng Thiêng Liêng Tâm Linh của Người Dân Chúa. Nhiều Giáo Dân đã bị đánh đập đẫm máu một cách dã man chỉ vì bầy tỏ Đức Tin Bảo Vệ Thánh Giá. Toàn thể Linh Mục thuộc Giáo Dân Giáo Xứ Đồng Chiêm đã chít khăn tang, than khóc đớn đau, kêu oan thống thiết trước sự xúc phạm mầu nhiệm Thập Tự Giá của nhà cầm quyền Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam.
 

Kính thưa Quý Liệt vị,

 Lịch sử Việt Nam chúng ta trải qua bao thăng trầm, gian khó nhưng chưa hề có chế độ nào VÔ NHÂN, VÔ THẦN và BẠO TÀN như nhà cầm quyền Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam hiện nay.

Vì vậy chúng tôi gửi Thỉnh Nguyện Thư này đến Quý Liệt vị như một tiếng kêu thống thiết, kêu gọi sự BÁC ÁI, sự CÔNG BẰNG, TÌNH THƯƠNG NHÂN LOẠI của Quý Cơ Quan Quốc Tế Nhân Quyền, Đức Thánh Tâm của Đức Thánh Cha, Tòa Thánh Vatican và Cộng Đồng Dân Chúa khắp nơi kịp thời can thiệp, cứu nguy cho Giáo Dân Đồng Chiêm và Người Dân Việt Nam đang sống trong nỗi kinh hoàng, hằng ngày diễn ra trên chính Quê Hương Việt Nam dưới Chế Độ Cộng Sản.

Subject:    Requesting help for the people of DONG CHIEM, a Catholic village under the brutal treatment of the Vietnamese Communist Regime.
 

Dear Gentlemen,

We, the Vietnamese women who escaped from Viet Nam after the Vietnamese Communist took over our country since April 1975, we bring up our voice to all of you --The International Humanity Foundation, the very bad situation about our people who are not receiving the minimum respect of Freedom, Democracy and Human Rights, especially of the freedom to worship their own religion. The Vietnamese Communist regime are putting the poor people at Dong Chiem village in jail, beating them up very brutally, arresting them because these people are trying to fight for their right to worship God. At the village Dong Chiem recently, the church of these people was destroyed by the Communist and they do not accept their right to protect the Cross of Jesus. All the people of Dong Chiem village including the priests are now in jail by the Vietnamese Communist authorities.
 

Our history through thousands of years are extremely full of sacrifice but we have never been in a regime who only control their people by VIOLENCE, by KILLING without no mercy.

Today we respectly send to you this letter to ask for your help by using your GENEROUSITY, your FAIRNESS and also YOUR LOVE TO THE PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD, the Vatican, and as well as all the religious communities all over try to talk to the Vietnamese Communist Party to treat fairly and help the people of Dong Chiem, that they have the right to worship their religion freely and free them from the jails in Viet Nam. They are living everyday under the pressure and scared of their own government on their homeland.

Messieurs et Dames,
 

Au nom de toutes les femmes Vietnamiennes et réfugiées du régime communiste dans tous les coins du monde, porter pour votre attention sur les oppressions et la suppression de la Liberté de Droit de l' Homme et de la pratique religieuse exercées par le régime communiste envers le peuple du Vietnam. En effet, les médias ont rapporté que depuis ces derniers temps, ces oppressions s'accroissent de façon si brutale et si violente de sorte que de nombreux catholiques pratiquants de la paroisse DONG CHIEM au VietNam ont été violentés, et blessés gravement pour la seule et simple raison qu' ils veulent témoigner leur croyance envers le Christ et protéger leur Sainte Croix. Cette Sainte Croix sacré de Dong Chiem a été détruite et démolie par l'ordre des autorités communistes, ce qui a porté un deuil douloureux à l' ensemble du clergé et des paroissiens et paroissiennes de la parroisse de Dong Chiem.
 

Dans son histoire, la nation vietnamienne a vécu tant de difficultés, d'obstacles, de hauts et de bas de toutes sortes, mais jamais elle n'a connu un régime si brutal, si inhumain et si oppressif à toutes croyances religieuses comme actuellement. Par ce message DE SOLLICITATION au Saint Père, à toute la Communauté chrétienne au monde et aux Organisations Internationales pour les Droits de l' Hommes, nous voulons prier et supplier humblement et profondément votre Générosité, votre Solidarité et votre sens de Justice humaine pour venir au secours de ces malheureux paroissiens de Dong Chiem, du pauvre peuple vietnamien et pour faire arrêter immédiatement toute ces violences et ces oppressions si brutales et si inhumaines. Nous vous prions d'accepter l' expression de nos sentiments chaleureux, sincères et reconnaissants.
